PROMOTIONS
For promoting the local industry Chamber of Marathwada
Industries & Agriculture (CMIA) regularly undertakes
various activities. In order to promote the products and
services offered by the member units of CMIA, the
Chamber of Marathwada Industries & Agriculture organizes
programs such as Buyer - Seller meet, arranges business
visits / theme based seminars / training programs are
hosted for the benefit of local industries and students.
CMIA has a special cell which ensures industry –
academic institution interactions on regular basis.
Special efforts are also made to promote the member
industries and their products targeting the export
market.
CMIA arranges a unique event Maha Expo, once in every
four years. This event is targetted for promoting
Marathwada as a potential destination for investment and
showcasing the industry of this region. This is a very
high profile exhibition having participation from all
over the country and also attracts visitors from foreign
countries. Many eminent speakers of international repute
are invited to deliver key note address on important
current topics in the seminars which are arranged
concurrently with the exhibition. For attracting
tourists and promoting the tourism in Marathwada region
many cultural and entertainments program are also hosted
as part of Maha Expo. |
